Storage policies
These are the house rules. Your signed agreement controls if anything here conflicts with it. Tampa trailer rates are on the SOTA rates page.
What we store
Trailers, boats on trailers, and jet skis. No RVs. No cars or trucks stored as vehicles. No indoor storage.
Rates
Trailer and jet ski monthly rates are quoted by length when you reserve, or taken from the SOTA list when that lot applies. Put the agreed figure on the rental sheet. Prepaid months are preferred. A unit left past the paid period is past due.
Access
Daylight access by arrangement. Do not cut locks, block the aisle, or lend the gate method to anyone who is not on the agreement.
Your unit
- Current plate or registration, or a written note if it is a non-titled trailer.
- Insurance is yours. The lot is outdoor and unattended.
- No fuel leaks, no living aboard, no junk piled beside the trailer.
- We can require you to move a unit for lot work. Reasonable notice.
Abandoned property
Units left unpaid are handled under Florida lien and abandoned-property procedure: notice, sale if required, and a bill of sale. That is a legal process, not a favor. Towing off the lot is billed.
End of term
Storage agreements on this lot run through January 2027 unless a written extension says otherwise. Take the unit when the term ends or when we give notice that the space is closing.
